We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and analytical Senior UX Researcher to join our product team. As a key member of the Product Research team, you will be responsible for leading the overall product planning and improvement direction.

The Role

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting user research to inform product planning and improvement of existing video software products.
  • Collaborating with the product team to define research objectives and methodologies.
  • Producing regular reports based on research findings and providing insights to guide product development and strategic decisions.
  • Reviewing product and market feedback data and recommending adjustments to the product roadmap.
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading user research to inform product planning and improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a related role.
