About the Role

FAT UNICORN BREW N CHEW INC. is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized food service area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient food service operation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related environment is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
