We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Tik Tok Beauty Nails & Spa. Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Monitor Quality and Production Levels: Maintain high standards of quality and productivity in our nail services, ensuring that all work meets our company's expectations.
  • Oversee Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that our salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Source and procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support our nail services.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff and Workers: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nail technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Noisy and odorous work environment.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
