Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Footprints Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other work units or departments.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, establishing work schedules and procedures as needed.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as required.

Requirements: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience are required for this role. Experience is an asset, and equivalent experience will be considered.
