Thermoforming Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Thermoforming Machine Operator to join our team at Krystalite Gt Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating thermoforming equipment and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and making minor adjustments to equipment to optimize production
  • Monitoring and inspecting the quality of material produced to meet our high standards
  • Setting up and operating one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products
  • Preparing and changing moulds and adjusting equipment for production line changes
  • Following formulation cards to mix resin batches for injection moulding processes
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure efficient production
