Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Thermoforming Operator to join our team at Krystalite Gt Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our thermoforming equipment, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment: Identify and resolve issues with thermoforming machines, making minor adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of materials produced, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Production Operations: Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to produce plastic products, following established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Resin Batch Mixing: Follow formulation cards to mix resin batches for injection moulding processes, ensuring accurate and consistent results.
