The Role
As a Sales Lead, you will assist store management with basic store operations, develop a successful sales team, and meet or exceed personal and store sales goals. You will also provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to employees while enforcing company policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
- Train and develop a successful sales team
- Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees
- Perform opening and closing duties according to company policy
- Supervise and manage daily store operations in store management's absence
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a desire to succeed in fast-paced retail, and a willingness to learn. You must also be able to work night and weekend shifts, climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
