Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinish Technician to join our team at Delsol Auto Collision Ltd. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality paint repairs and refinishing vehicles. This involves cleaning and maintaining the workspace, preparing surfaces for painting, applying primers and finishes, and ensuring a seamless finish.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Prepare auto body surfaces for painting by masking and taping
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to achieve a smooth and even finish
  • Mix and match paint colors to ensure a perfect match
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in automotive refinish techniques and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
