Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and ensuring they meet high standards.
  2. Performing scheduled maintenance service on various types of vehicles, including routine checks and repairs.
  3. Adjusting or replacing parts and components as necessary to maintain optimal vehicle performance.
  4. Discussing work with supervisors to ensure accuracy and quality of repairs.
  5. Confirming findings with supervisors to determine repair or replacement needs.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate and relevant work experience (1-2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine repair, diagnostics, alignment, steering, suspension, brake system, hydraulic system, fuel and emission system, automatic transmission, standard transmission, and engine repair and overhaul.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
