About the Role

The Senior Claims Adjuster, Accident Benefits will be responsible for managing complex Accident Benefits claims. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine liability and damages
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants and adjusters
  • Develop and implement claims-handling strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in claims handling or a related field
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
