Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Pharmacy Representative to join our team at Encore Market Engagement. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with pharmacists and pharmacy students to increase recommendation levels on our products.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with one of the world's largest consumer healthcare companies, Haleon Canada (formerly GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare). Our goal is to become the most trusted healthcare advisor to our customers, and we need your expertise to achieve this.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet assigned sales objectives
  • Build strategic partnerships with pharmacists and pharmacy students to increase recommendation levels on our products
  • Adhere to assigned call targets and gather and report on field insights
  • Manage and track literature and samples in pharmacy to maximize activation of brand recommendations
  • Attend various conferences and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree or diploma in a life science or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy students
  • A genuine desire to continuously learn and grow, with a commitment to delivering uncompromising quality of service
  • Full access to a reliable vehicle and high-speed internet with WiFi at home
