Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technology Vision & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define the technology direction for TRIZAN and the startups we help launch.
  • Ensure the technical development of new ventures aligns with the overall business strategy, helping entrepreneurs create scalable, sustainable solutions.
Product Development & Execution:
  • Oversee the development of tech products, from ideation through to launch.
  • Work closely with startup founders to develop their technology solutions, ensuring they meet market demands and business objectives.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Build and lead a small tech team to assist in developing the products and services of the startups we co-found.
  • Mentor and guide team members while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Technology Infrastructure & Systems:
  • Design and manage the technical infrastructure for new startups, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Help streamline operations and integrate best practices in software development and project management.

Qualifications:

  1. Education & Experience:
  • A strong passion for technology and entrepreneurship is more important than formal qualifications.
  • No advanced experience is required; we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow with TRIZAN and the startups we help launch.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Ability to understand and apply fundamental technical concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
