Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Marathon Children and Family Centre.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development: Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Program Implementation: Develop and implement child-care programs that support children's growth and development.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with parents and staff to ensure the well-being and progress of children.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and program activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an Early Childhood Education setting.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
