$87,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Heron Terrace, voted #1 Nursing Home in Windsor-Essex County 2022. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. This role involves dispensing medication, treatment of dressing changes, communication with physicians and families, supervising and directing on-floor Team Members, and participating in ongoing assessment of resident care needs. You will also support the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement and contribute to both team and organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership ability, and a demonstrated ability to participate and function in a team environment. A strong understanding of and commitment to Resident-centered care is essential. Other related certifications are considered an asset.
