Job Title: Pediatrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team at HealthCare Talent. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the growth and development of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories to diagnose and treat various pediatric conditions.
  • Order and analyze diagnostic tests and procedures to determine patient condition and develop treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as per state guidelines and clinic regulations, taking into account potential side effects and immunization needs.
  • Provide health promotion and education to patients and their families on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention.
  • Perform surgical procedures as necessary and refer patients to specialists when required.
  • Document patient visits and medical records accurately and efficiently.
  • Administer family planning services and attend seminars to stay updated on the latest medical research and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Medical Degree (MD, DO) with a minimum of 3 years of Pediatric Residency training.
  • At least two (2) years' experience in public health.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Required certifications: CA Medical License, DEA Certificate, BSL certification.
