Job Title: Pediatrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team at HealthCare Talent. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the well-being of our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories to diagnose and treat various pediatric conditions.
  • Order and analyze diagnostic tests and procedures to determine patient condition and develop treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as per state guidelines and clinic regulations, taking into account potential side effects and immunization needs.
  • Provide health promotion and education to patients and their families, advising on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention.
  • Perform surgical procedures as necessary and refer patients to specialists when required.
  • Document patient visits and medical records accurately and efficiently.
  • Administer family planning services and attend seminars to stay updated on the latest medical knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree (MD, DO) with a minimum of 3 years of Pediatric Residency training.
  • At least two (2) years' experience in public health.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Required certifications: CA Medical License, DEA Certificate, BSL certification.
