HR Operations Director

As an HR Operations Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy, ensuring the efficient execution of HR functions, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment legislation.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, including job description development, vacancy posting, and interview coordination.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are current, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to HR administrators and office assistants, ensuring their tasks are completed effectively.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Director of HR to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Experience in managing HR processes, including recruitment, performance, and benefit administration.
