We seek a skilled Career Guidance Specialist for a permanent full-time position at our Hamilton branch.
The RoleWe require someone who can stay up-to-date with prevailing labor market conditions and regional developments. Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing proof of employment documentation. Building strong relationships with clients is also essential.
Key Requirements- Keeps current with local and regional labor markets
- Completes administrative functions, including scheduling appointments and proof of employment documentation
- Rapport building skills
This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. We strive to create a supportive work environment and offer competitive compensation packages.
