We are seeking a reliable moving truck driver to join our team at Calgary Pro Movers. As a moving truck driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials from one location to another. Your duties will include loading and unloading goods, operating and driving straight or articulated trucks, and performing emergency roadside repairs. You will also be responsible for performing pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and overseeing all aspects of the vehicle. Additionally, you will be required to tarp and ensure the safety and security of cargo, as well as transport and handle dangerous goods. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and a Driver's License (Class 1 or A). You will also need to have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading goods
  • Operating and driving straight or articulated trucks
  • Performing emergency roadside repairs

  • Transporting and handling dangerous goods

Requirements:

  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Work Environment:

  • On the road job
  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
