We are seeking a seasoned Operational Risk Analyst Senior to join our risk and compliance team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives to strengthen Neo's operational risk framework, including scenario analysis and risk control self-assessments (RCSA).
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across business units, identifying key operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain controls to mitigate identified risks within Neo's risk tolerance thresholds.
- Implement business and IT control frameworks and guidelines in high-growth environments.
- Establish and maintain a framework for regular risk monitoring and reporting.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 5+ years in risk management, operational risk, payment services or related roles within the financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO, or OSFI guidelines).
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, including RPAA, OSFI B-10, PCI DSS, PCMLTFA, and PIPEDA.
