Pharmacy Manager Job Description

Join Tablet Pharmacy #3 (Parksville) as a Pharmacy Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and clinical skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily pharmacy activities, ensuring efficient operations, and providing high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily pharmacy activities, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant pharmacy bylaws, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead medication and supply inventory management, focusing on formulary-preferred molecules, with assistance from pharmacy support staff.
Requirements:
  • Licensing: Must be a Licensed Full Pharmacist in BC (students awaiting PEBC process this year can apply on a conditional basis).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Able to communicate and engage effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Customer Focus: Attuned to the needs of diverse customers.
  • Teamwork: Positive and enthusiastic, collaborative spirit with problem-solving & ownership attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Kroll and prior experience will serve as an asset.
