We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Isha Pharmacy Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Accurate Prescription Information: Verify the accuracy of prescription information to ensure timely and efficient dispensing of medications.
- Client Data Management: Enter client information into our database to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient communication.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Prescription Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Medication Preparation: Prepare medications for clients in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pharmaceutical Product Preparation: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products according to established procedures.
- Office Administration: Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling.
- Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient restocking and minimize waste.
- Support to Healthcare Professionals: Assist healthcare professionals in their daily tasks to ensure seamless patient care.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
