About the Role

The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 workers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and schedule activities effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the construction industry. They will also be required to read blueprints and drawings, prepare production reports, and requisition materials and equipment as needed.
