Job Description

New Fine Pizza And Donair is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food preparation and service to ensure that they meet our high quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning products.

Compensation:
