About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture, consolidate, and document business requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and developing innovative solutions using your technical expertise and business acumen.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with finance and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify areas of improvement and recommend process changes or new technology implementations.
  • Develop functional specifications for system aspects, including understanding modules being implemented and configuration options available.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to evaluate the impact of changes on other systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or software development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Strong knowledge of ERPs, data modeling, and business process mapping methodologies (BPMN, UML, Agile, Scrum, RUP).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure BI environments, Power Query, Azure Analysis Services, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial data analysis.
