Pizza Hut Food Counter Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that our food and beverages are prepared and served to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the food counter, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Handle customer transactions and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
