Regulatory Affairs Director

As the Regulatory Manager at the Alberta College of Dental Hygienists, you will play a key role in ensuring the profession of dental hygiene adheres to the highest standards and ethical conduct. Your leadership and oversight of the regulatory team will be crucial in developing and maintaining legislative and regulatory documents, including Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics, guidelines, position statements, competencies, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight of the regulatory team
- Develop and maintain regulatory guidelines, policies, and Standards of Practice
- Engage College registrants through education and the use of regulatory resources
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A related degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public policy, or equivalents
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a policy or regulatory environment
- Supervisory experience in leading projects or a team
