About the Role
This full-time position involves maintaining accurate and organized inventory, implementing, auditing, and ensuring compliance with our warehouse management system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing work orders, placing orders with providers, and communicating with relevant personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate and organized inventory and implement, audit, and ensure compliance with the pending warehouse management system.
- Prepare work orders according to agreed procedures and enter data concerning maintenance performed on equipment.
- Place orders and keep track of purchases with providers.
- Ensure multiple sources of supply according to equipment needs of the plant.
- Communicate with relevant personnel in the event of specific problems or requests.
- Maintain equipment in good condition, keep the work environment clean, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 5 years of experience in the manufacturing field or a similar position.
- Good computer knowledge (Windows & Office).
- Autonomous and rigorous approach.
- Bilingual skills.
