The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation systems and be able to analyze data to inform decision-making. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and development of Oakville Transit's services, including scheduling and policy development.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve service quality.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Transportation, Planning, Engineering, or related field.
  • Eight years' experience in transit and service planning and analysis in a senior supervisory role.
  • Formal education is augmented by progressively responsible positions that have resulted in a highly developed understanding of municipal government and service delivery.
