Geriatric Resources, LLC is seeking a proficient Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Expert to enhance organizational effectiveness through a range of human resource activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company remains competitive by efficiently recruiting, onboarding, and training staff, fostering a supportive workplace culture, and managing employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, vision, dental insurance, and leave policies.
  • Address inquiries related to company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to worker's compensation, unemployment, and legal compliance.
  • Provide guidance to management on resolving employee relations matters.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements and government regulations affecting HR functions.
  • Collaborate with management in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Identify and coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Facilitate management training on various HR topics, including interviewing and performance evaluations.
  • Update and maintain employee manuals, job descriptions, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Support HR objectives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a forward-thinking approach.
  • Proactive and adaptable management style.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing or Printing sectors is advantageous.
  • SHRM certification or equivalent HR credential is preferred.
