Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Agency Contact Coordinator to join our team at Eric Gruscyk - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including making outbound calls for various products and booking appointments for the Agent directly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform errands with company car from time to time and assist with marketing projects, including letter campaigns and social media initiatives.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Goal-Oriented: A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
