Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders, obtain price quotations from suppliers, and review requisition orders for accuracy.
  • Record Keeping: Record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using a computerized or manual inventory system.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on available materials and resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
