Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Fleetwood Branch in Surrey, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve member satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with our members and the community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional member service.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improve member satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, community groups, and business partners to promote Beem Credit Union's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- 7-9 years of experience in a leadership role in the financial services industry.
- Post-secondary business degree or diploma.
- Successful completion of Financial Planning I and CUIC 210, plus additional related courses.
- Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience is preferred.
