Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Island Insurance Agency Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 16-20 people and overseeing the daily operations of the branch. This includes planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and hiring, training, and directing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct market research studies
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Manage contracts
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Plan, direct, and monitor activities of sales department
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
