Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Inventory Manager to join our team at Women's College Hospital. This role is responsible for managing our hospital-wide inventory systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in supply chain management or a related field would be an asset.

This is a casual role, requiring flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage our hospital-wide inventory systems, monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate accurate and timely reports, using data analytics to inform decision-making and improve inventory management processes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years' experience in retail operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
