About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and certified Personal Trainer who can provide high-quality, personalized coaching services to our members. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, and a drive for career development through continued education and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fitness Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with new members, setting realistic goals, assessing their fitness levels, and recommending customized training programs.
  • Training Services: Deliver engaging, 1-on-1 and group workouts, prioritizing client safety and satisfaction.
  • Educator: Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition planning, and recovery strategies, empowering clients to reach their full potential.
  • Client Success: Foster a culture of accountability, tracking progress, and celebrating successes.
Requirements
  • Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification or certification within 90 days.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification or obtain within 90 days.
  • High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education in Health and Wellness preferred.
  • Strong communication, time management, and motivational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of personal training experience.
  • Previous sales experience, although not required.
