The VANCOUVER ISLAND HEALTH AUTHORITY is seeking a skilled DIAGNOSTIC RADIOGRAPHY EXPERT to join their team. As a Diagnostic Radiography Expert, you will be responsible for producing diagnostic radiographs and carrying out diagnostic procedures in a computerized environment.
You will apply radiation safety principles and practices to protect patients, staff, and the general public. Your ability to organize and prioritize work, communicate effectively, and establish effective working relationships will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist. A graduation from an approved radiology technology program and eligibility for membership in the CAMRT are also required.
