Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a teaching-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Human Resources & Management Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach a variety of courses at both the undergraduate and MBA levels, including organizational behavior, human resources management, human resource planning, recruitment and selection, negotiations, and HR analytics to a diverse student body.
  • Develop and deliver courses using innovative teaching technologies and online platforms.
  • Contribute to the School's academic programs at both its Hamilton and Burlington locations.
  • Participate in internal committees, events organized by students and the School, and engage in other service activities within the University.
  • Support the School's initiatives within the business, academic, and external communities.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and/or a related discipline.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and innovation in teaching.
  • Experience delivering online courses and using innovative teaching technologies.
  • Awareness of and zest for teaching innovations.
  • Experience developing and delivering courses, as well as engaging in pedagogical scholarship or other pedagogical activities.
