Job Summary

Oxford County Renovations Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction workers to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and control construction costs, materials, and labor.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Work in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
