Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Oxford County Renovations Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and other reports, supervising workers and projects, and overseeing apprenticeship training.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are delivered to the site on time.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals, and provide guidance and support to ensure the team is working effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, and dusty.
  • Work Setting: Construction.
