About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our AWS Support Cloud Optimization team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building innovative solutions that empower our customers to maximize the value of their AWS investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop features and functionality that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and cloud optimization.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the operational excellence and reliability of the service.
  • Mentor and guide other engineers on the team, providing code reviews and helping to upskill the team.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of software engineering best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and technological advancements.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery to ensure timely and successful feature releases.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $114,800/year up to $191,800/year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, we also offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
