We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer business needs, executing procedures and metrics, and identifying program exceptions. You will also respond to tickets promptly, diagnose issues, and provide solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from a university or business school
- Knowledge in Supply Chain Management or E-commerce Logistics is an added advantage
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; recent graduates are also welcome to apply
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong logical thinking ability; willingness to take the initiative to learn new knowledge and engage in data analytics work
