Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Mirabelli Corporation. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials. This will involve measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to create functional and safe building components.

Our ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices. They will be physically fit and able to work at heights, in dusty environments, and with heavy loads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
Work Environment

As a carpenter with Mirabelli Corporation, you can expect to work in a variety of locations, including construction sites, renovation projects, and various commercial and industrial settings.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in the trade.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health and dental insurance, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
