About the Role:

This position can be located at either our Markham or Burlington office. As a Transportation Planning Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and quality control on transportation planning and traffic engineering studies or elements.

You will also manage and control all aspects of assigned projects to achieve the scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives as agreed upon with clients.

In addition, you will assist with the development and mentoring of junior and intermediate staff.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or equivalent. A Master's degree is considered an asset.
  2. Licensed P.E.
  3. Minimum of 10 years of proven and progressive experience in delivering transportation planning and/or traffic engineering services in the public or private sectors.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Demonstrates interest in contributing to the profession through participation in conferences and technical committees is an asset.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
