Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Realstar, a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
- Minor maintenance repairs
- Preparing apartments for new residents
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
- Assisting with leasing suites
- Responding to on-call requests

Requirements:
- Cleaning experience
- Minor maintenance skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts
