Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Part-time Assistant Resident Manager to join our team at one of our properties. This role requires living on-site and working two weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs
  • Prepare apartments for new residents
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
  • Assist with leasing suites
  • Respond to on-call requests

Requirements

  • Cleaning experience
  • Minor maintenance skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends
