Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar to increase engagement and reach across multiple platforms;
  • Research and create high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience;
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content strategy and optimize performance;
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our organizational goals;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing;
  • Work closely with the Communications team to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital channels;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers and community leaders;
  • Contribute to the development of social media policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • Minimum one year of experience in social media marketing or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in creating and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and results;
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube;
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and software;
  • Ability to travel, valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
