We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Specialist to join our Office of the CEO team at CAAT Pension Plan. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans to support the CEO's vision and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive communications, with experience in writing, editing, and verbal communications. You will be responsible for creating engaging and accurate communications that promote the value of modern DB pension plans and the strategic vision of the CEO and Plan Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support the CEO's vision and goals
  • Write and edit communications materials, including articles, presentations, and key messages
  • Provide exceptional writing, copyediting, and verbal skills to produce engaging and accurate communications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of all CEO communications
  • Support the development of website content, including copywriting and web design
