**Job Title:** Bell District Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team as a Bell District Manager. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of sales representatives who visit households within assigned neighbourhoods on behalf of Bell Canada to achieve sales success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales success
- Coach representatives one on one and in group settings
- Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent
- Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales and performance requirements
- Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement
- Assist with reporting in assigned district
