Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our team is working efficiently.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of our quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is managed effectively.
- Hire food service staff and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure that our kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
